Terms and Conditions
Current Agreement regulates terms of use of site http://axifile.com/ (further — «Site»), between owner of site (further «Owner») and user (further — «User»). Registration of User on Site means he accepts the Agreement.


Description of Service

Site is technological service (platform) giving users ability to upload, download and store files. Registered users enjoy many privileges (comparing to "guests" - unregistered users) like, but not limited to: downloading without waiting, unlimited download speed, unlimited download bandwith, multi-threaded download etc, full list here http://axifile.com/en/service.php.

User, by accepting current Agreement:

1. Confirms he read the Agreement.
2. Agrees not to upload and copyrighted and/or harming files ("Content").
3. Agree to use Site according to laws in his country.
4. Is solely responsible for uploaded files and for confidentiality of access data needed for authentication process.
5. Agrees not to share access data with anyone.


Owner reserves the right to:

1. Modify Site at anytime as he wishes.
2. Provide paid and free services to Users (further — «Services»).
3. Edit current Agreement.
4. Modify types prices and terms of Services.
5. Delete or modify Content uploaded by Users, if it violates the Agreement
6. Use personal data submitted by Users, particularly for advertisement.


Owner takes NO responsibility for:

1. Violation of copyright or other rights for content, uploaded by Users (however it will do his best to remove promptly any violating content reported via http://axifile.com/en/report.php).
2. For damage, information loss or any other negative experience while using the Site.
3. For the data stored on our hosting servers.


Paid services:
- via SMS (relevant only for israeli phone numbers)

“Access data reminder” - text-message (sms) sent once in two weeks (starting from moment of registration), price of 20 NIS including VAT, until canceled.


Service cancellation:
User can terminate Service anytime by doing following:
1. Himself (instantly): login to Site, enter "Personal Cabinet", delete the account.
2. Using support (on business days): contact our support http://axifile.com/en/contact.php, specify relevant personal data for validation (phone number, email, login, PayPal account etc.) and request for account termination. It may take up to 2 business days to process.

Since Site usage is provided based on subscription, there's no money refund.

Jurisdiction:

Current Agreement is under Israeli jurisdiction. Any conflict will be sorted in court in Haifa, Israel.
